Filtering files and folders by name

AIPPics can hide certain files and folders by name pattern (for example, the ._filename junk files macOS sometimes leaves behind when copying between drives). This is on by default and configured through the developer settings mentioned in Settings: Demo, Free and Plus — most people will never need to touch it.
