AIPPics Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the AIPPics app for iPhone ("the app"), made by AISKSoft ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.

Your content​

Your photos, videos, and albums remain yours. The app stores them on your iPhone and moves them only where you tell it to — your own computer running AIPPics Desktop Server or a network share you connect to. We do not receive your content. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important: deleting photos or albums in the app, on a connected server, or in your Photos library cannot be undone.

AIPPics Demo, Free and Plus​

The app can be used for free with certain limits (for example, on the number of photos, folders, and hidden albums, and on the size of a single import or export) — see Pricing for the exact numbers. Creating a free AISKSoft account raises those limits further, with no purchase required. AIPPics Plus removes the limits entirely, and also unlocks AIPPics Desktop Server (see its own Terms of Use) — one purchase covers both.

  • Purchases are made through your Apple ID and processed by Apple; Apple's payment and refund policies apply. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; AISKSoft doesn't issue refunds for App Store purchases itself. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, Plus is removed — on the device and on your AISKSoft account, if it was linked.
  • A one-time Plus purchase unlocks Plus permanently for your Apple ID and can be restored on a new device with "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
  • If Plus is offered as a subscription, the price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

AISKSoft account​

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete the account at any time in the app — see the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

Acceptable use​

Don't use the app to break the law, to access devices or network shares you're not authorized to access, or to interfere with our servers.

No warranty; limitation of liability​

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AISKSoft is not liable for any damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from downloading, installing, or using the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

If, despite the above, AISKSoft is found liable for anything, its total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you actually paid AISKSoft for AIPPics Plus in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or US$0 if you used only the free version), to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes​

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its effective date above.
